Fall Into Sourdough Guide

Hey Sunshines! It's Rachel! Your bread baking chum. I am so thrilled that you are here with me ready to soak up this wonderful guide.

To tell you the truth, I was once in your shoes. That's right. A novice baker longing to put those artisan loaves into the bellies of my babies. But I just didn't know where to start. All I knew was that my mom baked a little when I was small yet I was too busy to notice or pay any kind of heed to it (*kicks herself) Did I love watching her floured hands knead the dough to create beautiful sandwich bread? Yes! And I really loved to eat it, too! But that was the extent of it. But then I became a Momma.

As we began our little family, I wanted better food for them and started to get the itch. You know, the baking itch. Bread had my heart and I fell in love with bringing fresh beautiful loaves to the table of my family. With my babies by my side, I practiced, I failed, I asked my mom for pointers, and grew in baking as years rolled on. And I want to help you grow too! I want you to know that you can bake with littles at your feet and create memories that will stick with them forever. I’m here to encourage you all the way!
